T-Mac needs out of Orlando.

Peter Gabriel is obviously insane. He should have bought out Grant Hill ages ago, and his latest attempt to save the franchise consists of trading for a young player who occupies the same position as McGrady. Stevenson may be young and talented, but adding a shooting guard will do nothing to ameliorate Orlando's situation. T-Mac can definitely play small forward, but he's getting to an age where he needs a contending team, and the Magic are not providing that. Poor kid.

Maybe Stevenson will develop into a sweet-shooting carbon copy of McGrady. Maybe the Magic will take the number one pick in the lottery next year, grabbing Dwight Howard and developing into an unstoppable ball-playing machine. I doubt it, however. It's a serious gamble, and Gabriel is not the one to pull it off. Fire the man and save the franchise.
