Drunk Update #327
Let's enjoy ourselves, kids. There's no time for pretension; we have no business creating imaginary worlds of commitment and tradition. Get out there, grab your substance of choice and start dancing. I don't want to hear about marriages and careers. Those are incidentals, baggage you pick up on the way to your own private nirvana. I can't advise you to not lose sight of the goal. For all I know, there may be nothing at the end of this road.
I like to think, however, that we will all emerge somewhere better if we just stay focused and remain on the path. Robert Frost spoke of the road less traveled; believe me, there's no time to stop and think we have to prune the roses decorating the path. Forget everything your guidance counselor told you and start running.
Try not to fall.
I am clearly drunk.
